Hey Sara, yup most people find it hard to think about an experience where they are met with a challenge. But since you are working in a call center the following may help!

1. Probably you can think about a difficult customer that has called the call center.
2. Illustrate how you deal with it (try to relate to the job you are applying for).
3. State why you’ve dealt with it that way.
4. State what is the outcome.
5. Lastly, let your interviewer know what have you learned from that experience (what you’ve done well, what can be done better) *Important*

It is ok even if the challenge you are illustrating is not that related to the job you are applying for. What the recruiter is looking for is understanding how you react when faced with a challenge.

That sounds painful. And probably that’s the reason why more companies are moving to hybrid work arrangements.
