Is remote working here to stay for most professionals?
I am currently enjoying my work which let me work from home for most of the days. But recently I have been seeing many companies are asking their employees to come back to office. Hope I can continue working remotely, but I wonder is remote work really going to stay?

Generally speaking, remote work is preferred for most company who can afford it. Depending on your industry, it is cheaper to operate a company (from the employer’s stand point) by allowing their employees to work remotely.
Remote company have the benefits of:
- Reduce operational cost
- Access to wider range of talents
- Offer higher job satisfaction to employees
So unless your company have a strong reason to bring work back on-site, the growing trend of remote work is here to stay.
