The 4-day work week has a few benefits. Employees have more time to enjoy life outside of work, which can lead to a better work-life balance. Shorter work weeks can also lead to increased productivity and creativity. However, there are some drawbacks to the 4-day work week.

With a 4-day work week, the extra day off would allow people to have more time to spend with family, pursue hobbies, or simply relax.

There are a few countries that have implemented the four-day workweek, and the results have been positive.

4 day work week is an ever-growing trend, that more companies and countries will be adopting.

Thus, the list of countries with 4 days work week will grow as our society evolves into the future.
